β’ Lingerie: Due to hygiene reasons, lingerie items are not eligible for return or exchange.
β’ Dresses: We accept exchanges for dresses only if:
β’ The product is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags
β’ We are informed within 48 hours of delivery
β’ You share an unboxing video at the time of opening the parcel, as proof
