At Xerene, every piece is curated with love and designed to make you feel irresistibly confident. Since we are a small business and deal in intimate wear, we follow a strict return and exchange policy to ensure hygiene and quality for all our customers.
📦 Returns & Exchanges
• Lingerie: Due to hygiene reasons, lingerie items are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Dresses: We accept exchanges for dresses only if:
• The product is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags
• We are informed within 48 hours of delivery
• You share an unboxing video at the time of opening the parcel, as proof
Please note:
• Shipping charges for returns/exchanges will be borne by the customer.
• We do not offer cash refunds. Only size exchange or store credit is applicable if your request meets the conditions.
